Please note, it is not possible to offer Squarespace templates as an instant download. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with access to all your Squarespace Template Resources. Then, you will receive an email invitation from Squarespace to become an Admin on your template within 24 to 48 hours during business hours. Once the template is received, you can move through the materials at your own pace.

General business questions
If you need support to access your template, I offer support via email and I aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours within my normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Requests received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
If your support request falls outside of my support policy, we can offer the following paid support options:
Power Hour - $125 - We jump on a Google Meet, do a screenshare and I can answer all your questions for 1 hour.
Half Day Help - $495 - If you’re struggling to launch and need some hands on support, a half day of support is available. You provide a list of items that need to be done, and I will work through that list for up to 4 hours of time.
Done-For-You - TBD - If you buy a template and realize you don’t have the time to launch it, done-for-you options are available where I will take your template, gather all your materials and design the site for you.

All sales are final. Materials are sent as soon as you purchase, and template access is provided within 24 to 48 hours so because of the digital nature of this item, no refunds will be given.
